La relación precio-calidad no nos resultó satisfactoria. El servicio es muy limitado, mala atención en el front desk y en los restaurants y locales. Pocas comodidades (no hay ni sillones en la PB) y mala calidad en la limpieza diaria. Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación. El resto, mediocre.

I recently stayed at New York Hilton Midtown for my birthday weekend and oh boy! My room was infested with bedbugs. I was traumatized. They tried to solve the problem by giving us another room and guess what? Bedbugs again in that updated room. I will never stay there again. Such a bad experience.

Everything when will up to the end. To my surprise, I was charged $190 for parking when I specifically chose this hotel with Parking for total of what was quoted to me on hotel.com. To my surprise when I went to take my car out, I was charging an additional $190. I thought this was very inappropriate customer service.

Great centralized location for visiting most of the main tourist destinations in the city. Convenient to subway stops, dining and entertainment. Our only issue was being located across the hall from the elevator and it was loud and was running all hours of the night. Check in lines do get long at peak times so be prepared to wait.

Was highly upset that the skyline view that i booked a month prior was no longer available even though i was there on time. Also the line for check in on a Saturday had only 2 employees working so it took about 30 mins to check in and only because i went online to be a hilton member to skip the line. I was given breakfast vouchers because the inconvenience of not having the room i resevered. The breakfast was bland so the vouchers pretty much was useless to me. The room i was given was ok but not what i wanted for my family's first trip to the city. Overall i was highly disappointed in this hotel and next time i come to the city will definitely look into another hotel close by

Very long check in lines, rude front desk, unhelpful and disinterested concierge. Bell caps were helpful and very good. Cleaning service was good. Hotel very rundown. I have never before seen a major hotel without lobby seating. Worst Hilton that we have ever occupied and may be one of the worst major city hotels that exist.

When we arrived and attempted to check in, the desk staff disappeared for 20 min and then reappeared and informed me that, despite having a reservation, they had no rooms available for us and attempted to send us all the way out to a different hotel in Flushing (45 minutes away!) I protested this and noted that my daughter and I had Broadway tickets in an hour and had no time to take a taxi all the way out to Flushing and back. The attendant disappeared for another 20 minutes and then advised they had magically located a room for us, but it would not be available until after our show. It was clear that the hotel did not hold the reservations for several other guests who were checking in at the same time as us either. Judging from other reviews of this hotel, I’m sure we’ll get some boilerplate response from the hotel management saying they’ll instruct their staff to do better, but it’s pretty obvious this problem originates at the management level. We’ll be avoiding this hotel in the future and encourage Travelocity and its users to be wary of it.

The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. There were many options for food nearby as well as a drugstore not too far away. We were on the 31st floor and did not notice any noise.
