The lobby floor and the lower lobby floor was the only areas in the entire building that were cool. The 2nd floor was hot and the room’s air conditioning could not cool the room. Maintenance guy came and brought box fan. When checking out, I mentioned the heat of the building and the front desk agreed that it’s almost unbearable when the temps reach 90 degrees outside during the day. Hotel needs a complete renovation.

Would stay there again, prices at restaurant were very steep. Made sense to take Lyft to Chinese area in Flushing for dinner. For 2 people we came out way ahead.

I really appreciated the car service convenience. The team there was great especially Roxy. The restaurant, at breakfast offered service to every person except me. I complained. No water in the room or dispenser at the ice machine is ridiculous.

WiFi is not free. The hotel is extremely outdated. I feel the overwhelming feeling of existential dread here. Other than that the bed is comfortable and the staff was lovely. Charging for WiFi is unheard of and dystopian. The Orbitz site wrongly said it was free. Restaurant and bar was pretty good.
