I really liked the stay because of location
Next to the Jay st Metro STATION, so super easy access to Manhattan. Plus walking distance to Dumbo. Vending machines needed restocking. No overnight consessionary store. Overall, great location.

I have watched this particular property deteriorate over several years. I had my wedding reception here in 2003 when it was fairly new and very popular in the area. The location is very conveniently located, with access to mostly all subway lines, restaurants, shopping, tourist things, etc. However, the rooms.....every single time....the bathroom is not cleaned properly. Mold is ALWAYS on the shower head, in the corners where water drips, around the shampoo bottles. I paid over $1,500 for 2 nights and you mean to tell me I have to shower in a moldy tub??? Not only that, but they don't even give you complementary water for the room. It would also be nice to have at least nice amenities in the bathroom. Housekeeping does a horrible job with dusting.
