While a bit pricey- the hotel is great. I do not understand why they do not open the bar/restaurant before 4:30 PM- that does not seem like a good financial decision and a pain for those of us staying there.

The property was very clean. A few of the staff were semi-friendly and helpful, but it was definitely apparent that customers of middle/upper class are preferred. The parking was kind of a mess…it would be helpful for people like me, that are not from NY, if there was more communication between the garage staff and the front desk staff, or of the front desk staff had access to the details surrounding parking, especially since it is listed on your page that parking is available.
