Location is great, but the rooms are extremely small. You literally can not open your suitcase anywhere other than on the bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Ok for a single person, but waaaay too small fornour family

Good hotel with great location.
We were hoping for an early check in at midday but had to wait til 3pm which is fine. Our room was spacious for New York, there wasn’t any shelving to put anything on in the bathroom and not a lot of space to hang up towels for 4 people but we made it work. Generally the room was fine, the floor wasn’t super clean but it was fine, I’ve had better and I had worse in New York. The two lifts were too small for a hotel of that size but again, that seems to be a regular NYC issue. Location can’t be beat though, you walk 5 steps and are in Times Square.

Nothing spectacular but not too bad. Seemed clean enough to be comfortable for the most part. Staff is cool and helpfull. Noticed alot of scuffs in the paint and loose fixtures generally in the building. Bedsheets seemed clean and there was plenty of space for shopping bags and luggage. Decent option for a budget but beware mandatory extra fees and fees for nearby parking lots. My only complaint would be that there was a shower seat in the bathroom that was genuinely filthy. Fresh towels were placed ontop of it that i dared not use.

Should have gone to a different place. Only good thing was location. Phone in room not working, front desk does not answer when call from cell. One staff member said ok, too bad.

Rooms are small but expected for NY, especially knowing the room was 120sqft upfront. I did appreciate the room was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly! The area is ideal for out of town visitors since it’s nearby many transit lines. Would definitely stay here again!
