The hotel lacked any security measures (such as cameras ir security key requirement for the elevator) or basic service. During my stay with my daughter on college tours, newly purchased jewelry and clothing in shopping bags were stolen from our room. The management failed to acknowledge or take responsibility and simply referred me to their insurance company. I’m told the hotel has new management as of March 2025.
I just spent an extended weekend at the NOMO in SOHO, New York City, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The location was perfect—close to everything I had planned, and I’ve honestly never felt safer in the city. The hotel itself, along with the surrounding area, was incredibly clean and well-maintained.
The staff was warm and welcoming throughout the entire stay. On our departure day, they even arranged transportation to the airport for us. While it was an additional cost, it was fast and hassle-free.
We stayed in a corner room with floor-to-ceiling windows, and the views of the city were absolutely breathtaking. I’m so glad I found out about this gem. I visit NYC often, and this is officially my go-to hotel from now on.
It is close to many shopping, entertainment and restaurants. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The only downsize is that it didn't come with a mini fridge. The space was small so I don't know where they would have put it anyway.
We had a great stay at NoMo. Shops and restaurants very close by. We stayed in a king suite and had a great experience and an incredible view of the skyline. Highly recommend the hotel.
