I loved this hotel. i have stayed in quite a few similar hotels for work over the years (this visit was for pleasure) and im often amazed by how many hotels overlook the small details; hairdryers where there is no mirror to see whilst you are drying your hair, or see through bathroom walls, or no surface space for your stuff, or TVs that only allow you to stream or cast without just giving you a few channels, but this hotel did all of those things right. And, there is free tea and coffee and croissants in reception.
Everything about this hotel is well considered, staff are friendly, for a downtown location the street is very nice with nice local bars and restaurants and close to the subway. My one tiny, tiny gripe is that the second towel is not bit enough to wrap your hair in, but that is being incredibly picky.
Overall, I thoroughly recommend this hotel. If you can afford to stay in midtown, that's more in the heart of things, but for this area, it couldn't be better!
