I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Nova hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The room was spotless, decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, from a super cozy bed to fast Wi-Fi and a beautiful view of a city skyline. Housekeeping did a phenomenal job each day, and I always returned to a fresh and tidy room.

The Nova Hotel exceeded our expectations. Located in a quiet area just a 3-minute walk from the tube station. The staff made our experience exceptional, particularly Sam who welcomed us at check-in and was very helpful and professional. Our room was spacious and clean. The value was outstanding considering New York and Brooklyn's typically high accommodation prices. We would definitely choose Nova Hotel again for future visits to New York.

Sunna the Saint!

So, this is an amazing respite location. As soon as you get on site, you feel the calm yet deliberate vibe of the place. We had arrived early and were changing our reservation completely. Sunna, at the front desk , guided me through the whole process of changing the reservation and removing etc. the whole thing was seamless! She even helped us with a pain free and discreet check in. After traveling for hours and wandering into Brooklyn’s Frontier, it was a much welcomed and very well managed stay. Recommended!
