Unfortunately my experience was not good. I arrived and the AC was broken. I sat in a 82 degree room from check in until 6pm when I had to leave for a business meeting and event. I was drenched in sweat and changed my clothes quickly to try to look nicer. My room didn’t have a phone. Toilet was clogged and it took asking 4 times to get a plunger, 6 hours later. It was just a miserable experience. The curtains are like shower curtains and didn’t block sun or keep out heat. I feel like this is maybe a new hotel or remodel so it’s possible things were just new to a lot of people but i used all my hotel points and over $1000 to be miserable during my stay. I even bought some snacks and drinks for fridge and it wouldn’t stay shut. Came home and my food was bad. =\ i never complain and I’ve used hotels.com for over a decade. I hope they can make improvements and maybe i can at least get my hotel points back for a better stay or something

Honestly what I enjoy most of the peace of mind that staying at this hotel gave me. It definitely is a little bit more on the luxurious side of what I’m used to so that was definitely good

The room smelled very strongly of fabulouso and the smell stayed almost the entire time event after airing out the room. Also when I was checking out I asked to leave my bags until it was time to go to the airport. I had 2 carry on bags, 2 personal items, and a checked bag. I was carrying all of this by myself because my wife was not with me and the lady at the front walked me to the little locked closet but did not offer to help even after watching me struggle and then walked extremely fast. All of the staff was a little stand off ish and slightly rude. But for the price it was not a bad stay and I enjoyed the balcony

Though it is little far from NY center, it is quite convenient to get to NY by subway. By the way, the environment of hotel is quite good, it is a safe place as I know.

I truly enjoyed my stay and staff was extremely accommodating. Originally we booked the loft but came to discover it’s in the basement and with zero natural lighting. The regular hotel room they accommodated to us afterwards was wonderful and spacious enough. The are it’s located in is quite industrial so careful walking at night or alone, but it is super close to the L train. The property is clearly under construction so I’m sure it not yet up to its full potential but I think it’s a great place to stay, clean and 24 hour front desk felt safe! I didn’t love that a key card scanner was not in the front door or in the elevator so I would recommend they add that for extra security. Overall it was clean and service was excellent. The free breakfast was cute and quick as well.
