Be aware of extra fees
Overall, we had an amazing stay at the Omni Berkshire. The only reason we didn’t leave a 5 star review was because when we checked out, we received a bill of $81 in extra service fees. To be fair, we booked on Hotels.com and the rooms were roughy $400 a night. We had already paid $200 in service fees when we booked initially. Doesn’t another $81 seem a bit excessive? Other than that, great hotel in a great location.

Staff was super helpful. Lenny the door man was a delight. It was difficult to get to the day we arrived due to a parade but we called and he explained how to get around it and there safely. Greeted with smiles and good people after a long day! When we arrived back to hotel that evening from a show, we asked for a cup of hot tea and a man brought us two and said to enjoy our sleep. Its the small stuff that makes ones heart warm.

The hotel met our expectations and beyond. My daughter and I's experience staying overnight in the city and I must say, what an incredible staff. They were so friendly and helpful. The bartender was amazing. My mother and I loved our espresso martinis. We will be coming back again!
