Horrible . No service at all. For 600 a night you think you would get better. Ian Schrager should be embarrassed. If the hotel property doesn’t have valet makes you walk three blocks to park. Your car doesn’t have any lobby staff available doesn’t make the pull out couch in your room. They should be charging less than $600 a night.

Too many rules

This hotel has an incredibly strict “no laptop” policy in all common areas after 6pm. If you’re a hotel guest, the only place you can work is in your room. If you try to work in any of the lounges or common spaces, they’ll yell at you. It’s totally impractical. I understand wanting to maintain some laptop free zones. But in 2025, to say that you can’t be on your computer anywhere, in any space, is totally outrageous.
