If you want to be right in the thick of Times Square this is your spot. No microwave/fridge, just a basic room for sleeping and showering. Extremely noisy with people and sirens, which didn't bother us, kinda what you expect in this area. Super nice lobby and helpful staff. Safe area for sure.

Basic and perfect

This is a no frills hotel - no coffee maker or refrigerator in the room, basic decor but incredibly clean with wonderful staff. The lobby bar is worth a visit even if you’re not staying there. No full restaurant but a small cafe for breakfast. Solid walls make it quiet, my room was directly across from the elevator but I didn’t hear a sound all night. And LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!!! Amazing Times Square access across the street from Hamilton. A perfect low budget NYC stay.

Comfy and great location

The hotel was comfortable and clean. It’s a little outdated but I enjoyed the gym, everything worked fine, and it’s in the middle of everything - for the price relative to other hotels nearby, it’s a great deal. The only thing keeping me from giving this 5 stars is the noise - you really hear the street sounds and construction, it’s very loud. As a light sleeper, even with earplugs, I struggled a bit. Otherwise it was a great stay!

Customer service girl was RUDE and impatient. Not friendly and short with her answers. Didn’t explain our booking and the misunderstanding of the wording. Booked a double room assuming it meant two beds and was not accommodating AT ALL. Room was tiny and AC was not working. Didn’t bother to complain because of her attitude.

I didn't have the best time at this hotel. They had an undisclosed resort fee that they tried to slap at me. Luckily they waved it after I insisted and showed my proof from expedia that it was truly undisclosed. I was traveling alone on a tight budget and truly didn't have that unexpected amount to spare. The lobby was over run and unbelievably loud like a mightclub at all time of the day and night and it was a bit overstimulating. The room was fine, nothing special in any way, but no major flaws either. The worst experience was the elevator. After waiting for 45 minutes, I walked down 7 flights of stairs to the lobby. I waited an hour one night to get back up to my floor, as I am not physically able to walk up that many stairs, I had to wait. The elevator was really a big issue during any busy time of day or night.

It was a nice little cozy room. No fridge or anything in the room so don’t bring any left overs. In a great location if you’re going to broadway shows, shopping, eating and right next to time square. We literally walked everywhere from the hotel. Staff was nice. Checked us in right away. We had an issue with the door not scanning our room key but they took care of that quick too. I would stay there again
