The rooms are small but very clean. The staff are really nice and walked me to my taxi. The hotel is gorgeous! I loved it and love New York.

Very dated rooms but the hotel's location is ideal. Wished the rooms could've been bigger with more amenities provided like other hotels. We didn't have enough towels, soaps in the dispenser, the thermostat wasn't working well, the toilet was not assembled straight but twisted and made it difficult to use. Too much was cramped into the small room and the room itself was under-maintained, the sheets had stains, exposed electrical work etc. I expected a better quality in terms of the room but the front desk service wasn't bad. They are the only hotel I've stayed in that required a fee to keep luggages as well, that was unexpected.

The room originally assigned was TINY, and the heat didn't work. When I reported the HVAC problem, someone came up, fiddled with the system, said it should come on and left in under 5 minutes. A call to the front desk in the middle of the night was handled rudely by the night staff. The good news is the next morning management handled the problem swiftly and professionally. I was moved and upgraded for my inconvenience. The rooms were lightly supplied with amenities, 2 hand and bath towels, hair dryer, but no wash clothes, no cups (cups and water for the whole hotel were offered at a water station on a lower floor), no coffee makers, limited electric sockets, and no USB or other digital electronics ports. For the cost of the rooms, I would recommend looking at other hotel properties in the area.

Overpriced for the room what we paid for originally, room quiet small no hot water at all for a shower n the water running very slow , we complained so they swapped us with different room.and worked out alright in the end .i chosed this hotel because I tought of the 4 star rating .but don’t trust this star rating when u chosed the hotel because it’s not a guaranteed. We even asked the staff if this hotel 4star and they said no .

The hotel is very centrally located, 100m from Times Square and close to lots of attractions in mid town. Lots of building works and traffic and crowd noise to early hours. We were on 12th floor with no Internet access during entire stay, despite reporting to front desk. Bed was comfortable and reasonably clean bathroom is very basic and lack of storage space. No breakfast option here but lots on offer outside. If you want more comfort, quiet ness and space, you need a different hotel.

The good - the hotel is very well-located for the Times Square area, the lobby is nice, and the WiFi was pretty reliable. The room was basically clean and not too noisy. However, there are issues: 1) We had a king room, which only had electrical outlets on one side. If the room is being shared and people have devices that need steady power (like CPAP machines), they will have trouble with this room. 2) The nightstand outlets were loose and would not hold a plug properly. They will not provide steady power for devices that need it. (Like medical devices). 3) The toilet paper holder is badly placed. When sitting on the toilet, the holder is basically jammed up against one's right arm. It's a very awkward reach. 4) The sink does not have a stopper, so things will drop straight through. Be careful with contact lenses or medication around the sink. 5) The elevators were slow and one always seemed to be out of service. Anticipate delays getting up and down.

Our room was cold. When we checked in there was a window air conditioner - with large gaps. There was no heat - and the wall thermostat had been removed. When I talked to the front desk, they said the heat had not yet been turned on. They did send someone up to remove the AC unit, but not thermostat was installed and no heat the rest of the trip. The temps dropped overnights. ALSO - the shower flooded the bathroom floor and the toilet took multiple flushes to remove waste. While we have stayed here numerous times before, this was a disappointing stay and I doubt we will stay here again.

I was very pleased with my decision to stay at this hotel. My overall experience was fantastic, and the staff and accommodations made my visit both comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere throughout the property felt welcoming and relaxing. There are only two minor caveats to mention. The Wi-Fi could be improved, as the connection was not consistently strong. Additionally, the elevators seem outdated and tended to be slow, which occasionally caused delays. Despite those small inconveniences, the positives far outweighed the negatives. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend this hotel to others looking for a great place to stay.
