The place is aweful. The only good things are the location and the bar. Noisy as heck. Tiny rooms. Old bathrooms with a weird metal sink. Looks like jail. No room service at all. Not even water.A constant smell of weed. For that price u can go to the hilton and get a way better experience.

Veryyyy old, no conditioner or lotions in bathroom, water was barely a trickle out of the shower. The air conditioning was SO LOUD but wouldn’t get below 74. Easy location and the staff was nice but the hotel itself is not nice.

Addordable but wait for construction to end
Good location, hip stylish lobby and hallways, clean minimalist rooms. But the building is under scaffolding and having its facade repointed. Air chisels and masonry saws right outside my window at 8am. The hotel should give advance notice rather than letting guests find out about the construction upon arrival.

With extra fee charged on arrival the total was $340 for a single bed in an 80 square foot room with most basic metal sink fixture in bathroom, room temp 78 degrees on arrival and down to 74 at best after being fixed, the main lobby was kept very dark and smelled like incense, not my preference of decor and not like the sparkling photos
