The room was close to a busy road, making it very noisy. When I checked out, the front desk questioned why there were three people in my room, even though the one other person was standing in line behind me, waiting to check out. I explained this to the front desk, but she didn’t believe me and spoke to the person behind me instead. After realizing her mistake, she didn’t even apologize.

A hotel in NYC with (limited) on-site parking included. Brilliant. The room was comfortable, and we got a kick out of the 'museum eclectic' aesthetic of the lobby. The hotel is next to a freeway, and NYC famously 'never sleeps', so it was a bit on the noisy side, but not overly so.

Really strange hotel to stay in. Lots of lint all over the room. Barely touched the bathroom and the door locked itself and the maid told me not to touch the handles. Pretty sure they didn't fix it so good luck to the next person that stays here.

I booked this hotel and reserved an ADA room. They gave my room away. They refused to change the sheets and give me towels and said they put a limit on the number of towels they give guest. I stayed there a week & never asked for anything. The workers blocked the handicap parking so I could not park. The staff has poor craft of knowledge and they are rude. I wish I had read the other reviews before booking. Check in was a nightmare because I could not get into my room until after midnight. I arrived at 10 a.m. I am a disabled vet with limited mobility. I have 1-arm and I wear a leg brace.
