I love NY

Amazing staff. The room was perfect. Clean, quiet, great shower and a very comfortable bed. This was a first visit to this hotel but definitely not my last. I look forward to our next trip to NYC.

Amazing stay

Staying at Park Central was wonderful. This was my firdt time in NY. The staff was very helpful and able to accommodate my requests. My room was too hot for my liking and they brought me a fan. They also supplied a refrigerator in my room for my medications.

Room and property was clean. However the front desk staff was so rude, one lady in particular. But the biggest issue was being charged a $500 plus taxes “smoking fee” for “smoking in the room”. Apparently detected from electronic monitors in the room. Myself nor my daughter DO NOT SMOKE and have never a day in our life and was asleep at the time they started the alarm was detected. When I approached the front desk inquiring about the charge the front desk lady (very very rude) told me I was charged that because I was smoking in the room! Exact words. Apparently this is an ongoing scam with this hotel as I have since seen many many reviews stating the same charge and situation. BEWARE if you stay here!!
