Nice hotel, very convenient for our plans

Easy check in, held our bags prior to that as a courtesy. Wasn't able to get our three rooms near each other despite requesting in advance, but I'm sure it's not as easy to map out as you might think- not a big deal. Responsive when needed assistance. Only critique would be the shower - surprised to see curtains and a tub versus glass enclosures modern day. Room was spacious.

I think the premium rooms are a little on the smallish side. the food is good, service at breakfast is a problem. not excellent. I think the lounge is a great addition. really worth booking the higher floors. the converse is the gym is very disappointing relative to what it used to be, that was a major reason i stayed there. now will consider other places

The Thompson is officially my home in NYC! This is not my first stay and every time I come back the experience gets better. This hotel is worth every penny you spend on it! The service is great! It’s clean. The staff is super helpful. The hotel smells amazing. The food is good. I love the check out times. I am looking forward to coming to my fourth stay.
