Decent room, trouble with thermostat

The room was fine. It was small, but we expected that. We did have trouble with the thermostat. It was blazing hot. I turned the temperature all the way down to 60 but the room temperature would not go below 74. I had to call down to the desk Three times to get someone to come up and work on it. The area around the hotel is a little bit sketchy at night. My daughter and I did not feel completely comfortable walking back late after a show

Better than hotels inside of Times Square

Front desk staff was so kind! Very easy check in and check out. They were in a great area, with a great selection of rooms that were budget friendly. I was shocked to see how much nicer this hotel was, especially the bathrooms, in comparison to more expensive hotels, like the Millenium, located directly in Times Square. Very up to date hotel!!
