I was downgraded upon arrival to small bunk beds. I was then told my stay would be half off and my bill doesn't reflect a discount. It was an inconvenience to say the least, and it wasn't even made right on my bill. Very disappointed! With that said,staff was nice and the accommodations were on par. I was waiting to see if the bill was modified with the discount added before I wrote any reviews but it still hasn't been taken care of for the second night.

The rooms were the essentials with plenty of space to move around. The reason for 4/5 stars is that it’s pretty noisy. Doors are metal so they slam shut. It would often wake me up several times a night, though I am a light sleeper.
