Was exactly what we were looking for. An affordable option a few blocks from Times Square. If you're looking for a simple clean place to sleep, this is it. My only complaint is that the bunk bed pods utilize frosted glass for the bathroom which if you're getting a two-bed pod, is likely not something that you want to see. Also because it's so small be ready to hear, see, and smell everything that is going on in that room. I went with my best friend so it was okay for us but would not choose the bunk beds next time

I was able to check in early made the reservation much more enjoyable. They also have a luggage check in I didn’t have to worry about my bags last day walked around freely and picked up before heading to the airport.

Quick stay

Stated overnight for a quick visit to NYC. Check in was easy and they upgraded me to a queen room even though I booked the bunk bed room. Room was just enough space for me overall clean room. Only thing I would have liked is a bit heavier blankets but that is a personal preference.

It’s an awful experience with this hotel, will never book this hotel! I took two kids for sports tournament in Manhattan, when I tried to check in at 8 pm at the hotel, I was told my reservation is cancelled due to its system error, I quickly searched nearby hotel and nothing for three of us, I had to book a 2 person pod room to let my kids sleep while I stay up all night sinc e my kids have early morning game next day, such horrible experience, this type of hotel should be banned!

Great hotel

Great hotel right in the right location Clean hotel clean bathroom hot water great stream all what you need. I was in bunk room which was great you don’t need much more. Thanks to David who was very helpful. There are security in the hotel and a bar Recommend. Enjoy.
