The bathroom setup made it so water from the shower could easily spill into the toilet area over a small lip, and there was no place for it to drain out there so it was just cold and wet

The pod is in a great location. It's very close to everything. The room was small, but worked great for what I needed. The rooms were super clean and it was very comfortable. I'll stay again when visiting New York city

I've stayed at this hotel for many business trips to NY. It affordable, comfortable, and clean. The staff always helpful. I would not recommended the restaurant on site but there are a myriad of restaurant choices in the immediate area. If you're on your own, go for the bunk bed room as its setup os the most efficient.

Not worth the price
For the cost of this stay you would expect more. Yes, I understand it’s a micro hotel, but to have the shower completely clogged and needing to be snaked our first night was not a great start. Having the bathroom sink clogged and not fixed was also not ideal. The bed frame was broken and forced the bed to tilt down to the left. The TV didn’t work with the remote only able to lower the volume but not change any channels. The toilet ran constantly as well.

Great location close to Time Square. Very close to buses, subway and trains. Felt safe. Rooms small but clean, quiet and comfortable. Many restaurants nearby and close to theaters. Would definitely stay here again.

We knew the room would be small, but it was plenty of space for the time we spent in the room - to sleep only. We had a bunk room and I liked that we had our own beds instead of sharing a queen. Room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. We got to check in several hours early. Just a couple cons. A little further away from the subway station than I thought it would be but still very convenient. Sink was clogged/slow drain but to be fair we never asked for it to be fixed. Shower curtain was too short and the floor got soaked every shower.
