It was a great stay, the only feedback is that it took 24 hrs to get toilet paper in our room. We had to use the lobby toilet. The staff downstairs were fantastic and helpful! But any room amenities, towels, toilet paper took 24 hrs to get. Location is amazing too! The brunch was amazing too!

Felt like a diva!

This hotel was such a delight! The modern deco made me feel so upscale. Desk agent Rashim was so friendly and gave a free room upgrade to a king sized bed and a view. Loved it and could look out into the city streets. Night skyline was refreshing. Room was a little chilly after changing heat settings and wished there were heavier blankets. I would love to come back and stay here especially if I decided to make an adventure of seeing more Broadway shows being that this hotel is nestled in the district .Loved how the breakfast was organized by staff, etc.

I always love staying at any RIU property. Clean rooms, courteous staff and beautiful grounds. This location is so close to all of the action on Broadway and Times Square.

This was my first time staying at the RIU Times Square while in NYC. Compared to other hotels I’ve stayed it, this ranks amongst the top. I’d definitely stay here again when I return. I travel to the city as often as possible so, it’s nice to discover a hotel that treats their guests like they’re at home.

NYC getaway weekend

The front desk staff are so friendly, the lady who checked us in was awesome! The hotel makes you put your room card in to use the elevator, that makes me feel safer. The breakfast so very good, the staff keeps you moving so the wait isn't long. The hotel is off the main streets Of NYC, busy and I felt safe, and that's a big deal.
