Perfect stay for the night, would’ve been happy to stay longer! Comfortable beds, clean rooms, but it’s the location that sells it. Steps away from times square and theater district! The shower was a lil tricky but hey it’s NYC. Will definitely be back!

Close to Radio City, Times Square & Rockefeller

Hotel was really a great location to our Joe at Radio City and a quick subway ride to SoHo for some food & shopping. Place is very old but kept up with well and clean. Room was small and bathroom was smaller but that’s NYC for you. Was super inexpensive but the $250 deposit seems a bit much. The staff were very kind & pleasant.

Our room was cold; no way to turn up heat. Lighting in living space terrible. No floor or table lamps, with harsh bright ceiling lights only. Also we usually are supplied lotion as part of bath products but not here. No available information on the restaurant that connects to hotel, even though we asked about it.

Radio City Apartments is an absolute gem! From booking to check out, everything was absolutely wonderful. Rooms are immaculate, staff is accomodating and friendly, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Incredibly close to Rockefeller, Radio City, and Times Square. Delicious food choices right outside, and convenient stores close by. After staying here, we won't stay anywhere else now!

The staff was friendly and communicative ahead of check in. Our room was clean and as described. The location is central and easy to explore the city - by foot or metro. The room felt quite dated, and we wore ear plugs at night due to traffic noise, but for a no frills, central stay this place does the job.

Location excellent. Few niggles in the room. The radiator wasn't working properly so had to have a heater in the room and the toilet blocked several times, apparently this was in several rooms. Room was quiet noisy, but expected when a stones throw from Times Square. Staff were really accommodating.

The staff here was amazing! So helpful with our luggage and stroller when our hands were full! They also upgraded our stay from the queen size bedroom to the pent house for free. It was super clean, well stocked in toiletries, and very convenient for food and subway service. Will definitely stay here again in the near future! Even my 3 year old won’t stop asking to go back!

Radio city apartments are in the perfect location for walking to great shopping, tons of great restaurants and the theatre district. The place is surprisingly quiet if the windows are closed. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Wow!!! What an incredible hidden gem. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we had nothing but an amazing stay. Once we arrived we were just going to check our bags at the check in desk and walk to Time Square as we were super early to arrive but they were able to go ahead and check us in and give us a room key. During our two night stay we were so pleasantly impressed that the hotel is located in the middle of everything we wanted to see. Time square, Rockefeller Center, and Broadway shows. We really felt it was a Jack Pot place as we were staying in a center hub and so close to everything. The rooms were a fantastic size for just us two, the showers were hot! The beds were comfy and the kitchenette was so great to have. The elevators were a tad slow but nothing I felt dampened our stay at all. At check out they did check our bags as we were not leaving for a few more hours. When we arrived back to call an uber they asked us the rate and they were able to call a service for cheaper ride to the airport. Hands down the best part of our trip was this hotel. Thank you Radio City Apartments, you made our visit that much better!

The room's temperature fluctuated between excessively hot and frigid, lacking any effective climate control; consequently, we utilized the gas oven for heating. The second-floor room was not recently renovated. Its location offered convenient proximity to 30 Rockefeller Plaza, Times Square, and the subway system. They have excellent cleaning staff who works hard to keep the dated property presentable.
