Staff are lovely and room very comfortable. Noisy room next door but no phone in the room to contact reception. Area around the hotel dirty and didn't feel very safe but this is central New York I suppose.

The hotel is a few minutes walk from Madison Square Garden and Penn Street Station so ideally situated. Had a fabulous view of The Edge from our 27th floor room and Empire State Building from the rooftop bar. The room was a bit small but that didn’t really matter as we were out all day. It was very clean and maids in every day. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

The beds are labeled at “King” but are not King beds, the AC was as loud as a car when it ran. They refunded two nights but the first person I talked to said they would get it fixed and never did.

Great choice for a short stay
Easy checkin process with friendly staff. The location was fantastic, near everything we wanted to see. The room wasn’t huge but fit what we needed. Very clean, great water pressure and very comfortable beds and pillows. It fit our needs and we were very happy.

This property is great for being central and everything is walkable . Room was comfy but the cleanliness let it down as we found a disguarded cigarette and used Elastoplast in our room so it was clear it hadn’t been cleaned properly

Great hotel to stay in for New York. It was super close to Penn Station which made airport transport really easy and convenient even with big suitcases. Close to Madison Square Gardens if you went to watch sports games, really walkable to Times Square and other landmarks. The view of Empire State Building was awesome and even better form the rooftop bar. Cafe next door and restaurant and bar on site was convenient if we wanted a quiet night or morning. Our main issue was how small the room was (which is expected in New York), the room being so small made it difficult to be comfortable when we have two very big suitcases, but otherwise a great property and cookie on arrival!
