The staff could not have been more helpful: when we had trouble with the TV remote and couldn't figure out how to turn on the water for the hot tub, someone came to help within 2 minutes! However, the location was a problem for us; we don't have a car, and while bus service around the Co-op City area itself is excellent, it took ages to get to Manhattan by public transport and cost a fortune via Ubers.

Great property for a short stay. Clean rooms, Staff are mostly friendly and helpful, a little too addicted to their phones:) Noisy surroundings. If not for the rooms being adjacent to car parking and being very close to the roads, I would have slept better.

Now I’m not gonna lie. The room was cute. OK the Jacuzzi was kind of small but it was OK. I could deal with that. The fact that we didn’t have no hot water throughout the whole stay and I paid $455 for a night is insane OK we’re not only bothered the staff twice over this hot water. OK not cool at all so let’s just say I won’t be staying at the Ramada in the Bronx happy holidays.
