The place does not have any parking the room so tiny we couldn't even move around it.thank God it was only 1 night. The brakefast is a poor brakefast.my room floor was sticky looked like was not clean .i think that was a jail they transformed to an hotel.i will never go back to that hotel poor internet.

While it is a new property, the room was tiny, no bedside lamp, outlet only on one side of bed, there was so little room between bed and ac unit, that one had to go sideways. The ac blocked the "closet" door- which was only about 6" wide, the available hanging space didn't allow for clothes to actually hang. The shower had nowhere to place toiletries, so had to try and balance them on door handle. There were unfinished surfaces, the construction stickers were still on surfaces, flooring planks were sticking up in spots. No information provided for local services. No info for tv- which the desk attendant had to come upstairs to get it to work. Construction next door started early mornings as well. If I hadn't been there for a funeral, I would have relocated somewhere else.

The entire floor smelled like marijuana, the water took a little over 30 minutes to get hot, the room is the size of 1 1/2 office cubicles put together and want that much bigger than the bathroom, the price that was charged for a 1 night stay was not worth it at all, and the television didn’t work. The best thing about it was that it was several minutes away from the subway.

The breakfast had people walking in from the street and helped themselves to breakfast. I didn't feel that safe in this area. Lots of homeless people in the area. The hallways had a bad smell (like pot smell). Wouldn't stay here again.

Pleasant stay

Our stay was pleasant, however, the walls are paper thin. We heard others speaking as they were in our room. We’re thankful that it was not when we were sleeping. I would stay here again.

Location was good close to a lot of things. Hotel was good but rooms could have been cleaner. Breakfast was good for free. Lady who made waffles was very pleasant. I would stay again if needed.
