The room didn’t have a shower gale. The drains were clocked in the bathtub and bathroom sink. The refrigerator didn't work. Breakfast only starts at 7 am. It would be great to start earlier like 6 am. Not much choice for breakfast.

It's not the most scenic location to stay when planning a trip to NYC. Yet this location was not too far from La Guardia airport and a three-minute walk to the 7 line, which takes you to Manhattan. Also, some good dining options nearby.

The staff was great .Michelle was wonderful . Hotel was ok. The breakfast was ok . Eggs could have been better but for free it was a good way to start the day . My room was run down and the cable was going in and out . kinda of irritated , couldnt watch a program during my down time . Was not making good connection. I arrived early and they offered me this room which was not as nice as the others . It was just outdated and nothing fancy but was clean . I asked for fridge in my room and they provided one . Overall good place if you looking for something out of New York city . 30 min subway ride to downtown . Subway is a 10 min walk from hotel . Plenty to do in the area , with two malls and restaurants everywhere .
