This is my second stat here and my first time went without a hitch. This time I woke up to no hot water for 25 min. It wasnt until I said I'll take some of my money back when the hot water came on.

Overall, the rooms are very nice. The bathrooms are beautiful. There is no rugs on the floor, just something to note if you specifically like carpet floors. I did find the room to be a bit dusty in some areas. The bed is comfortable. The pillows are big and fluffed up, which wasnt something i liked, my neck hurt. The balcony is nice, however, i did smell marijuana at night. Likely to someone smoking in the balcony nearby. So be mindful if this is something that bothers you. Overall, it is a very nice room for the price.

Love that hotel it’s been there for many many many times but the new venting system that they put in room needs to be quieter. It’s very loud in the room and maybe you can put a microwave.

Great hotel

I really enjoyed my stay at the Ravel hotel. The staff there are so helpful, whenever I needed something they were always there to help. The view of the skyline is stunning on the higher floors. Also the hotel is really lovely, in a great location and I would definitely stay again.

Requested away from elevator, received a room next to elevator. My balcony room was a view of the hotel parking lot, i would have just requested a basic room. Hotel room is in good condition and amenties were availlable minus no bottled water in room
