The room was super dirty and didn’t look like it had been cleaned at all. It was also super loud and smelled like marijuana. The elevator also stopped working so we had to walk up stairs to my 9th floor room multiple times that day with very little acknowledgement from the staff. I will not be back.

Okay. I didn't plan to write anything but here I am. It looks good but it lacked cleaning, there were unpleasant hairs in the bathroom and the bed, the pillows have no protector and were dirty. The bathroom could be better. After a day of walking, getting to the hotel and going up the 5th floor up the stairs was the worst.

The place was very clean and well maintained. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was no phone in the room but it was not an issue. Very little parking available as it is a busy area. I highly recommend this hotel. Will stay here again.

This is my worst experience in hotels, they don't clean the rooms at all, upon arrival there we were told that they cleaned and changed everything, but in fact they only changed the bed linen. When we checked in, there were leftovers from other customers on the floor in our room and they didn't even remove it. We didn't have shower gel in our room and when I asked them to give it for gel, they said they didn't have it now, it would appear only in two days, but in the end they didn't give us anything, we had to buy a whole can in the store
