Great location, lots of attractions and shopping within walking distance. Didn’t like how dusty the surfaces were in the hotel room, for example on the telephone in the room.

Woken up at night with neighbors spanking & being extremely loud. Another early morning a fight broke out on our floor. We usually ask for the quiet room away from elevators so careful with your family booking here.

The hotel was great - wonderful location near Penn Station. Only problem was our room wasn’t ready for 4pm check-in. Had to wait in lobby till a little after 5pm before we could get into our room. We had reservations uptown at 6pm, so the delay was very inconvenient.

My family of 4 (2kids 2&7) stayed for 5 nights and have no complaints, our room was cleaned daily the room was clean and quiet you couldn’t hear your neighbors and we had the best view! (32nd floor) the staff that work in the lobby and downstairs when you first enter are so nice and helpful. Overall we had a great stay and will be coming back !

This hotel is recommended by friends. It’s a pleasant stay. Great location in the heart of NYC, close to subway station, and walking distances to many of our favorite places. A Parking garage close by , at penn station , is also safe and has good rate. I would recommend it without hesitation.
