My stay was a mix of excellent and things to be mindful of. My room was newly renovated, spacious, with cooking facilities and an awesome shower-overall the room was excellent. The hotel staff were very helpful. The complimentary breakfast was ok, but hectic. Take the food to your room. The location of the hotel, was quite isolated and be cautious if out at night. The subway ride into Manhattan was between 35-45 mins, easy to use and cheap.
Great hotel! I recommend it! Made our stay very comfortable

Heat didn’t work. There was also no instructions on how to work it. It was cold/drafty and so barely slept. Also booked a city view room. It was half a city view on 15th floor AND it was and ADA room. Didn’t book that either. Very disappointed in Marriott
Desk clerk kept Expedia customer service supervisor on hold for 20 minutes before i had to step in and insist that he help me and take the phone call. Had i not insisted for him to open the call he would have had me wait an additional 10 minutes which would have made me wait 30 minutes and probably forced the Expedia supervisor to drop the call.
Upon check in Hotel refused to acknowledge free early(2)hour check in and free late(2)hour check out. Even after i showed him the Hotel with this clearly listed as a included amenitie on the Expedia website and app.
Terrible customer service, the alleged supervisor had a very rude attitude and unprofessional behaviour to first greet guests and secondly to respond to inquiries or accommodations. By far the worst customer service.
The first room I was in had a roach in it and I had to gather my stuff with a my 4 month old son and move in the middle of the night. The next room smelled as if a cat had sprayed all over the room. The check in is horrible and charges $100 incidental while the conditions are not satisfactory. The elevators are not safe. Every time you take the elevator the doors malfunction or it sounded like it was grinding against the elevator shaft.
