The overall experience was good. The 20-30 Minute check out time was unacceptable. Only one person on staff at front desk despite a long line she was helping multiple as well as unlocking the bathroom and other things which delayed everyone. They need to better staff the front desk with more and better trained people. Otherwise a good stay.

The staff and location made this stay feel incredibly warm and welcoming, almost like being at home. La habitación el día de llegada estaba sucia y el friegaplatos sin poner, nos cambiaron de habitación y encontramos en la siguiente habitación ropa del cliente anterior en los cajones. Hace frío en las habitaciones terminadas en 10 y 11, está el motor del aa de la planta y no se puede desconectar. La nevera suena de noche. El personal de recepción muy amable!

Holy cow! I had sublime experiences in Mariott. Staffs and tourists are so kind to help me at any time when I was in trouble. My room and loundge are clean and luxurious.
