So Quiet and Safe
The location is great. Everything we went to was either close by Uber, Subway, or walking. It was quiet in our room and everyone at the hotel is very friendly. The only negative I have is the shower. It has a short curtain and the water overflows on the rest of the bathroom. The views were absolutely amazing!!! Definitely coming back.

For my first visit to NYC, this location was perfect! Central Park, Broadway, Time Square, Rockefeller Plaza, all within walking distance, as well as endless shopping and dining options. Just hop on the Subway if you wish to explore other pockets of this wonderful city!

Very enjoy our stay , fantastic location in the heart of Manhattan, making it ideal for those wanting to be close to Central Park, Times Square, and other major attractions. Its high-rise structure provides incredible views of the city, which is a highlight for many guests I believe . The breakfast offering a variety of options to start the day. However, while the hotel excels in location and views, there are some downsides when it comes to room quality. The rooms are on the smaller side, which might be expected for Manhattan, but need more attention in terms of cleanliness and upkeep. cleanliness of the room would enhance the overall experience.

Really nice hotel with nice staff and comfortable and quiet rooms. Spectacular views of NYC. Some of it felt a bit dated but not a big issue. Wish there were some more amenities in the bathroom but overall a very enjoyable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the free luggage storage was convenient. My room had a fantastic skyline view, and both the room and breakfast lounge were very clean. The breakfast buffet was rich, with the option to take food and coffee/tea for the day. Free water and coffee were available all day, along with delicious free ice cream in the afternoon. However, the bread selection at breakfast was limited to toast and bagels, and the sugary muffins were inedible. Additionally, only paper plates and plastic cutlery were provided at breakfast. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, and I recommend this hotel for its excellent service and amenities.

We stayed for a 5 day event. We chose this hotel over the Midtown Hilton and Sheraton because of the family suite. Customer service was excellent, our room was ready by 2pm and we everyone was very friendly and helpful from checkin to checkout. Our room was clean and spacious —considering others in the area. However, The hotel itself is dated; I was disappointed that the room is not better kept. The furniture needs replacing including the bathroom vanity. The fan in the bathroom did not work. The kitchenette was equipped with pots and pans but the electric stove top was not there. I recommend you buy your essentials at the grocery store around the corner as the water in the room (while convenient) was $6 per bottle. I stayed at the Marriott Residence Inn in Nashville and it was fantastic! We had a nice stay overall just based on price— we expect a nicer kept hotel.
