I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the free luggage storage was convenient. My room had a fantastic skyline view, and both the room and breakfast lounge were very clean. The breakfast buffet was rich, with the option to take food and coffee/tea for the day. Free water and coffee were available all day, along with delicious free ice cream in the afternoon. However, the bread selection at breakfast was limited to toast and bagels, and the sugary muffins were inedible. Additionally, only paper plates and plastic cutlery were provided at breakfast. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, and I recommend this hotel for its excellent service and amenities.

We stayed for a 5 day event. We chose this hotel over the Midtown Hilton and Sheraton because of the family suite. Customer service was excellent, our room was ready by 2pm and we everyone was very friendly and helpful from checkin to checkout. Our room was clean and spacious —considering others in the area. However, The hotel itself is dated; I was disappointed that the room is not better kept. The furniture needs replacing including the bathroom vanity. The fan in the bathroom did not work. The kitchenette was equipped with pots and pans but the electric stove top was not there. I recommend you buy your essentials at the grocery store around the corner as the water in the room (while convenient) was $6 per bottle. I stayed at the Marriott Residence Inn in Nashville and it was fantastic! We had a nice stay overall just based on price— we expect a nicer kept hotel.

Great location and staff
The location near Times square and Central park was great. The room was smaller than expected, but had a one-wall kitchenette, but only one chair at the small table. We had a great view on a high floor. Eddie, who was a person in charge stood out for helping guests at the wonderful buffet breakfast- best I ever had- and then for helping print boarding passes with problem printer. Concierge got us ride to airport when taxis not available- limo from hotel, about same as taxi price Overall, highly recommend.

The hotel was nice and centrally located. It had nice amenities and a pretty decent breakfast beyond the continental type. The room was really small and the bathroom shower flooded. First day it didn’t drain right but even after they fixed it the sealant around the edges of the door was pretty bad at keeping the water in. Just a fine experience. Not really excellent.

Clean room, free water and ice cream in lobby was a great touch. Breakfast wasn’t great (watery eggs, cold food, and burnt coffee every morning), but some prepackaged and fruit items worked. Everything else was perfect.
