The room is need of being updated, stains in furniture, chipped paint and paint coming off the walls, showers are only for short people and there was a bad smell in it, check-in process was extremely long, the front desk staff are nice and polite but need training.

Wow. An absolutely exceptional value. Everything from the communication ahead of arrival, the front lobby (looks and even smells great), the check-in staff (courteous, thorough, knowledgeable), the bellhops (fast, professional), the room size (huge for NYC), the cleanliness, the price, and the LOCATION. Everything we hoped for. Our party checked in two rooms, which the staff was able to locate next to each other. A short walk to Times Square. Immediate access to public transportation. Hotel offers access to a local gym and complimentary time on bicycles. Definitely a consideration the next time we travel to NYC.

Great location. Fantastic staff. The sofa bed was awful! It felt just like old spring with no cushioning. Had to ask for a blanket and pillows for the bed, even though we reserved for 3ppl. The sound from the room next door was so loud.seems like someone forgot to sound proof

We were in NYC to see a couple of Broadway shows, and found this hotel to be in a walking distance to the theaters, and other attractions, like Central Park, Times Square, etc. The room was very clean, had a nice view on the 11th floor, and the bed was comfortable. It was very quiet in the hallway, and the staff was courteous. I highly recommend this hotel, and would stay again.

Room was kind of musty, the shower did not have hot water or it took over 5 minutes for the hot water to turn on. The walls were thin and could easily hear our neighbours at a normal volume. The best part of the hotel is that it is centrally located.

From the concierge to the front desk to the cleaning staff, everyone was delightful and helpful. The hotel itself is well located and a peaceful respite from the city. The room was well appointed and the bed extremely comfortable. I would stay here again and again!
