Loved everything about it.

Loved everything about it: Cleanliness, decor, helpful staff, location and more. We were walking minutes away from our Broadway show and fancy restaurant. The decor, fixtures and finished werr super cool, kinda art deco and modern, too. The bed was amazing! We requested and were granted late checkout, no problem. Would definitely stay there again.

BEST HOTEL-YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT

I absolutely enjoyed every aspect of Romer. It was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Being a solo female traveler in NY, I had my concerns and wanted friendly, attentive staff; best location (short walk to attractions and transportation); 24h security and front desk… the hotel had everything I looked for. I felt 100% safe with the friendly staff that were ready to support anytime day and night. Cannot ask for better location. 1 minute walk to the subway station and walking distance to broadway, timesquare, Central Park…. Everything you need is within walking distance. Convenience store, restaurants, liquor store… everything! It was also the cleanest hotel. I’m a bit of a clean freak and always get the icks no matter how well it seems to be cleaned. But Romer was CLEAN! not one thing I’d complain. The bed was also very comfortable. The blinds completely blackout. Even the coffee shop staff, extremely friendly and helpful. They even went out of their way to prepare my coffee ahead of time because I was running late. I’m so glad I booked and stayed here. I actually cancelled my second booking to extend my stay here. I just knew nothing would beat this place for the price. The staff were so responsive too. They cater to your every need. They truly take care of their guests.

We stayed at this hotel for the first time and had a very comfortable experience. The rooms are spacious, as are the bathrooms. Valet parking is extremely convenient, and the location is excellent—close to all major attractions. The only drawback was the lack of an iron. The hotel provides a small steamer, but it’s not effective at all. For guests who need to properly press their clothes, this can be very frustrating. I would strongly recommend replacing the steamers with standard irons—your guests would greatly appreciate the upgrade!

Room and bed were great. Soft towels and built in toiletries. Would have been nice to know that a cup of hot water in the cafe would be a charge. Cup from room would have been no charge.

Fantastic find. Location, location, location. Just off the beaten path so quiet and neighborhood like with a diner, nail salon, bank, Whole Foods and wine store on the block. Walking distance to Times Square, all the Broadway theaters, Central Park, St Patrick’s and Hudson Yards. Clean, modern property with friendly staff and nice community space. Will definitely book again.
