Completely blown away my expectations. This property was truly amazing. It was walking distance to everything & the subway is just on the corner with the busyness of outside & time square when you walk into this hotel it just quiets down. Truly amazing!! Thank you for the wonderful stay.

This was our first stay at Romer Hell’s Kitchen, but it won’t be the last. The entire facility was well thought out, and EVERY SINGLE staff person was super helpful, polite, and most importantly, genuinely friendly. The location was fantastic. And as a rare NYC bonus, the garage was actually under the building, so we didn’t have to search for a garage and walk multiple blocks. We will definitely return to Romer Hell’s Kitchen!

Good hearted people still exist in our world.
We had an amazing stay , staff and location is amazing. I would recommend it to anyone. But , besides the stay. We left valuables by accident in our hotel. The hotel staff and manager returned our goods and I absolutely amazed because a lot of times. It doesn’t turn out that way. There professional, respectful and friendly people showed the minute I walked in the door. Thank you Chris and your staff for reminding me there are people out there that still have morals and values and respect for others belongings. They had every opportunity to not even say anything. But , they choose to return our belongings back to us. Kudos to good people still in this world.
