The staff including Andy and Viktor were especially helpful and professional. Room attendants were ex exceptional. Room was always finished before 11 am. Room was large and comfortable. I loved the location and would definitely stay there again.

Property was in a great location just slightly away from Times Square. Walked to park, Bloomingdales, MOMA etc. Safe neighborhood, as a woman travelling alone. Room was good size and clean. I asked for extra water and the cleaning staff kindly provided it even though it wasn't included.

We stayed one night at the San Carlos and were pleasantly surprised how spacious the room was. It was very clean and had a nice size bathroom. There is a luncheonette right across the street which has great breakfast and its very conveniently located in the center of midtown. I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at the San Carlos Hotel many years ago and enjoyed our stay so when we visited New York again, they were my first choice. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room size was quite good, especially considering many New York hotel rooms are like postage stamps. There was a subway near the hotel which was very convenient. We also had an excellent dinner at a restaurant near the hotel called Rosemary's. The only thing I would say is that the room could use a face lift. But overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again.
