Great location for food options and transportation. Our toilet wasn’t working properly-the water kept running sometimes. Told hotel but wasn’t fixed. Sound proof is not good. We could hear the elevator from our room a few doors down.

Excellent stay with Sharaton LaGuardia East Hotel. The room is clean and beding is comfortable and cozy. The hourse keeping did excellent job. The midnight shift staff whom should be complimented. sorry I did not ask for name, but really want to give him credit this young handsome man with big eyes & glass has been very paitent and helpful with my cell set up to redeem gift certificate. I am greatful with his help and had made me for sure want to come back again to Sharaton. Thank you all staffs provide such pleasant stay at Sharaton.

All of the staff were very welcoming and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure all of our stay needs were taken care of. One of the best hotel experiences that we have had. Also, the hotel was clean and in good repair.
