The hotel was in great location easy walking distance to Central Park, Carnegie Hall, Times Square and theaters, MOMA etc. Bed very comfortable. Considering the area relatively quiet on 16 th floor.

I had never encountered a “resort fee” before staying at this property. Expect to pay an additional $40/day +tax on top of what you already paying. They will find a way to nickel and dime you for any reason at all. Asked about having a package delivered from Amazon. Sure no problem. Go to check out to find an $18 charge to accept the package. $100 for a breakfast buffet that can only be described as average hotel fair. If you are looking for a hotel in Times Square don’t be fooled. You are 7 blocks away or more. But I suppose it is NYC I should have expected it all.

Run down hotel

Run down hotel, under renovation. No lobby. Bar is also the part time Starbucks. Rooms are tiny and old. Mini refrigerator just stands in the middle of the room. But they have a nice gym, and it's great location of your after times Square

Primero que nada el lobby esta en remodelación , por lo tanto la entrada y la salida al hotel está super saturada y reducida no hay donde sentarte tampoco , el restaurante solo esta abierto por la tarde, el Starbucks cierra a las 3 y super lentos y mal servicio, cuando llegamos nuestras almohadas olían a humedad, 1 shampoo tamaño miniatura para dos personas dove y un acondicionador para este hotel sus suplementos de baño muy malas! Llamamos y pedimos mas la camarera se porto super linda y resolvio al dia siguiente lo de la cama y lo del shampoo , El papel tapiz despegado en el baño, asi que quede un poco decepcionada , ya se ve un poco viejo. Las camas cómodas y la recepción muy amables y rápidos, dejar tus maletas en el check out o in cobran 6 dlls por cada una lo cual no esta bien que te cobren ! Nos pusieron en un cuarto que tenia conexión con otros dos y se escuchaba como si estuvieran en nuestra habitación , yo creo que no volvería .

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but the lobby was chaotic... construction areas + ridiculously long line wending through crowds coming and going = delay, noise, no room to move around, long elevator waits. This is NOT a 4-star property, so add misrepresentation to the list. No working minibar/fridge. Not likely to come back.
