Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Lots of issues:
1. Check in took over an hour and half to get through the line. Mind you it was already 11:30pm so everyone was tired. This was due to tech issues.
2. We get into our room (after waiting in the long line) and it smells very heavily of cologne.) So we request another room (which they did).
3. Come to find out this room has no remote for the TV. We call for another one…
4. The employee tells us their television isn’t working and that we should have been told that upon arrival.
5. Elevators were not working very well.
6. Our room outlets would not charge because the charger kept falling out of them.
By the end of the trip, I had had it. Owner isn’t great. Standards of a Sheraton hotel are not being met and they are getting away with it because of the location of the hotel. It’s walking distance to nearly everything. With that being said, the staff was doing their absolute best to make up for the issues (which is 100% not their fault.) Lin at the front desk gave us a coupon for breakfast as an apology. Management came to the room and tried to assist with the cologne smelling room. While their ownership sucks, their employees did amazing. They truly deserve a better place of employment. This Sheraton doesn’t deserve them!
