LOCATION is fabulous for Times Square! Walking to everything the area has to offer - close to Central Park. However disappointed with the Sheraton. Had to complain twice to even get our room 'cleaned' - was told there are 1800 rooms so may not get cleaned until 10pm - be patient. Super busy hotel - staff do not smile and appear frustrated. But the LOCATION is good!!

Location was perfect. Only complaint was it was a very busy not a problem but the elevator was not ideal with 10 elevators it was always a wait to get to our floor maybe open more to accommodate. It seemed we were always waiting for a second elevator to get to our floor.😊

The location is excellent. The male staff is very noisy in the morning. The common areas on the 41st floor are very dirty. The Asian cleaning lady was the best. She was the best part of our stay.

Walking location to time square Bell boy Gary is amazing Hotel very clean rooms are nice My niece had cut her finger in Toronto and we needed a doctor front desk help us and security called to make sure all was ok. Would come back again. Thank you from Toronto Canada

Despite being a gold elite member, our room wasn’t ready until 3:30 despite requesting an early check in 2 days prior to arriving. Also, one of the beds was sagging towards the middle.

The location was great and convenient, the issue was one of our rooms that we requested double beds was not available and we had to wait which was an inconvenience, but the staff was very helpful and the rooms were good space.

Property was in a good location, close to many amenities. Check-in was not the best. Waited hours in line just to check-in seriously - NO BS.
