Fantastic view, lovely stay
Really loved our room with an amazing view of the New York skyline. Room was clean and comfy and in a great location in Tribeca, making it super fast to midtown location and walkable to locations like financial district, SoHo, Chinatown and Greenwich Village. My real complaints was that the gym was very small, the bar was absurdly expensive (even for New York!) and they could have made more of an incentive to be more eco friendly, but overall I highly recommend.

We had a early arrival from a flight so i asked them a few weeks earlier if we could have a early checkin as we did not want to carry our bags around and we wanted to have a room so we could sleep a little. I was told that they couldn't get us a room early but could take our bags for us. I gave them my number and they called by 1115am to tell me they had our room ready. We were very pleased. Thank you to all.

Good value Manhattan hotel with super views
Good hotel with great views from the roof terrace. Although located on Canal St which is not the best, the surrounding areas north and south are great for shopping and eating. Rooms are clean and comfortable and not a bad size for the city. Worth paying for the club room floor to get access to basic buffet breakfast, coffee, soft drinks and snacks throughout the day and a selection of wines and beers at the evening “happy hour”. There may be better located hotels but few will have the view from the roof terrace.

TERRIBLE
no hot water for 5 days - no coffee during the day even though we were paying for club floor. no cocktails until 5 m had to return room service as it was inedible. we asked for a manager on day 2 he came 2 days later while we were sleeping without notice. the club room seats were sopping wet and staff was extremely rude. over $1400 a night? contacting you or amex to charge back.

Hotel was great. They double charged the room on my credit card and when i asked they denied it, even thou i showed my app. It all worked out ok in the end. Slightly rough area around the hotel but close to the subway which was great.

Great hotel for our mini getaway!
The hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly, and the location was also perfect. We were waking distance from Soho, Chinatown, Little Italy and the Ghostbusters fire station. Only negative was the traffic due to the hotel being on Canal Street where all lanes merge into the tunnel. The traffic was very noisy making it hard to sleep through the night.
