Room was baking hot, had no way to control heat/ac. Contacted front desk 3 times, sent maintenance up and there response was sorry they will have to look at this tomorrow. 4 nights of miserable sleep from being hot and rock hard beds. Explore other options before booking here!

Close to time square, Rockefeller center, empire estate, shopping etc., Parking is a couple blocks away, hotel gets discount for parking with this parking company Meyers. Charge for small car is $10 less than suv. But still expensive. Hotel is clean, staff is friendly, breakfast options are ok. Hotel also offers happy hour everyday and they serve wine, beer, soft drinks, hot chocolate, complementary. Water in the shower is very low pressure (not even exaggerating).

The staff went above and beyond with their attentiveness. My room didn't have curtains; only a blackout shade. It was either totally dark or all exposed. Within 15 minutes of mentioning this, i was contacted and offered another room right away. This was greatly appreciated. Hotel's location is great; can walk anywhere; lots of restaurant choices; lots of shopping choices; lots of transportation choices.
