I like the service and the hotel room was perfect for my family. What I didn’t like is that it’s a long walk to take the Metro. We didn’t feel secure walking around.

The furnace made a screeching noise and kept me awake. There are no blackout curtains in the room. Front desk didn’t answer the phone when I called to report the heat wouldn’t come on.

Cleanliness, the metro station is a little bit far than regular ones, there’s bus stations closer than metro one. Good breakfast, very comfortable rooms!

The hotel was very nice, the room decor was beautiful. We got the room with the view which was really nice. We had to pay for valet parking as there weren’t any street parking available. The neighborhood was also a bit sketchy and not very aesthetically pleasing but it was safe while we were there.

Check-in was hour and half late due to room not being cleaned. Inside room had a few maintenance issues. Elevators packed in the morning with long lines during breakfast hours. Water in lobby frequently empty. Coffee was empty 2x during a 2 night stay. Hot chocolate bar was great & waiting area nice.
