The location of the hotel is excellent and the price is probably the best you can find. You have to pay the full cost in cash at check-in, but that isn't much of an issue. While the price is good, keep in mind that the room and accommodations mirror this.
You get a room with a bed, a TV, a cubby-like closet with 4 hangers and a single chair. No table, no dresser, no kettle, coffee-maker or hair dryer. The washroom has limited space as well, and the shower might be too narrow for those with a wider build. There is also no elevator so keep that in mind (i think there's 4 floors total)
Unfortunately, the level of cleanliness was lacking for me, with paint peeling at the corners of the room, lots of dust around the radiator, bedding and towels having stains, mold (?) between the washroom wall tiles and on the shower curtain.
We started off with 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels for my partner and I, but after the 1st day, we were only given 2 bath towels. It was a little peculiar, but we didn't care enough to speak up about it.
My biggest gripes were the lack of a hairdryer and the cleanliness, but all in all I think this hotel is an excellent choice for those with a tight budget or those who only need a place to sleep and shower.
