As a new hotel, this facility is is not a really a good hotel I would say. First of all, there's no parking they offer or near by. When i called the place asking for a parking lot, they told me to park the vehicle at i side the mall next door. The parking at the mall over night with my own expense? So I end up parked my car a couple of blocks away since there was no free cancelation. Went in to check in, was told i need to make $100 cash deposit. It was just too crazyto start with. The front desk said we get the cash deposit back upon when i check out and make sure nothing is broken or damaged. Finally went to the room. The room was very small, i meant real small.plus i realized shelf was already half way fallen apart. I call the front desk. No answer so i took the photo and went down to front desk to show them it's damaged so they don't blame me later. He said ok. Went back to the room trying to take a shower. This time the showerhead was broken and the water splashes toward the ceiling causing a waterleak towards the side. Again, called the front desk and complained about it. This time, he came up and checked around and end up changing the room for me. They also offer breakfast, so i decided to go for breakfast before I leave, and what they offered was plain bread, coffee, and creal only. Plus the elevator was broken so i had to walk up all the way to the rooftop. Recall there was a man waiting for the elevator over 15 mins before. Overall, would not recommend or repeat.
