Lovely Small Hotel

Lovely small hotel. Rooms are cozy, bed was comfortable. Super nice staff. Well-priced. Super convenient to Penn Station. Many eateries in walking distance.

I loved the StayPinneapple! A friend recommended this chain as a clean, comfortable and affordable stay in major cities. I was VERY happy with everything about this place! Especially the artsy vibe, the location, the pinneapple cookies on check in, staff was wonderful and most of all, their dog friendly and even donate to shelters, which you can support, too! Location - mid town, easy access to port authority for newark airport walkable to so much including broadways shows I got to see. Great food and services around. The acupuncturist Suzy Q a block away is AWESOME. Having lived in the city before and travel often for my overnights before heading out of the country, I was a big fan of this place. I will def be staying at more StayPinnapples. LOVELY!!

Comfort without a huge price tag

Room was small but the bed was comfortable and nice touches lots of clever ways to store luggage etc.

Bed and pillows, towels plus dressing gown all cozy and comfortable. We slept well. However my side of the bed was right against the window and a/c unit. I accidentally knocked some items off the side table and it was almost impossible to retrieve them as the room is all bed!

Great staff and very dog-friendly!

We had an amazing stay with our dog, Finn. Luis checked us in on arrival and made sure everything was in order for our stay at the hotel. He was amazing and our dog loved him! Really appreciated the service and we felt well taken care of during our stay.

A wonderful hotel!

The front desk people are amazing. We had made a few requests and the lady that was working had accommodated these requests. One gentleman had given us good recommendations for breakfast in the area. The rooms are small, but intelligently designed. For example, there is space under the bed for the luggage. There are many extras, such as delicious pineapple cookies (that the front desk lady gave us outside of the hours they put them out), coffee in the morning, refillable water bottle, etc. The decor is fun, happy, and bright. We stay in NYC often and have stayed at many hotels. This will be our go-to hotel when we are in this area of NYC in the future. Overall, one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at in NYC!

Great little hotel in convenient, central location

So happily surprised by how nice it was for the price and location. Everything is brand new and felt very high end. Rooms are small but very comfortable. Employees were very nice and friendly. Would absolutely stay again and will recommend to friends.
