As NY hotels go this is in a great central location, small but comfortable room. Check-in staff lacked customer service skills. Being in a supervisory position at a resort/spa greeting guests in a friendly welcoming manor is paramount at our property.

As a solo female traveler, safety and cleanliness are always top priorities — and this hotel delivered on both. The entire property was spotless, well maintained, and felt secure at all hours. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making check-in smooth and every interaction pleasant. My room was quiet, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches that made it easy to unwind after long workdays. The location was another big plus — just a short walk to Penn Station and Hudson Yards, which made getting around the city effortless. Whether you’re in town for business or pleasure, this hotel checks all the boxes for comfort, convenience, and peace of mind. Highly recommend!

Such a cute hotel!! I booked this hotel because it was so close to our favorite bagel shop as well as MSG, and my husband has always loved anything with a Pineapple on it. I can’t say anything bad about it. I’ve never been to a hotel with friendlier staff! We were greeted every time we walked into the lobby. They provided us with a sweet treat for our anniversary, and it made us feel so special. Thank you to the staff to making our trip even better!

The staff was great very friendly the rooms are very small even the terrace which was awesome but three room was even smaller than the other rooms. Parking is not offered by hotel or a discount anywhere around its a nightmare every where is 50 or 65 per day no in and out when youd like. But the area was nice and central to many things
