Room was fine. But they checked us in at 4:30pm because the room was not ready. I got there around 3pm and asked if we could get little earlier check-in. But wasn't available. Which is fine. But when we came back at 4, still not ready. 4:10, 4:15, 4:25....kept asking and all they said was "still cleaning" Spending that much money for the room and having this type of service is not acceptable

Very, very much in the middle of Times Square. Some may love that, some may hate that. We didn’t quite realize this when we made the reservation (our mistake) but it ended up being a perfect middle point for everything we wanted to do. Bed was very comfortable. Rooms are new and clean but very small, as is to be expected in Manhattan. The restaurant in the lobby was great to get coffee and breakfast without leaving the hotel. We enjoyed our stay!

We stayed in a one bedroom suite on the top floor. The room was well designed. However there were no bathrobes or slippers. No bottled Water or water glasses or tea. The curtains were very tattered and torn and some did not function properly. The staff were mostly friendly except for the staff at the reception desk. Also, no room service. Limited accommodation in dining room. At this room level and price point I expected more amenities.
