Trying to be "high tech" but most of the tech didn't work. We had 5 rooms in our party and each room had issues with smart tv. Each room had malfunctioning control buttons. Hotels are generally mote expensive, but they're gouging $18 for a bottle of water. I mean damn, we're already paying thousands for the room. And there was a mixup with one of our rooms, that we thought was resolved, but come to find out we we were charged an additional $2K we were assured would not be the case.

Great hotel but a few things I did not like: Very few visible ‘green’ options - no recycling, no option to request towels do not be washed. No clear signage - for example, I did not know water is in the corridor until a day after I arrived The elevators were annoying too - too quick to close

The staff from start to finish was super friendly. Room was on the smaller size (1 King) but you dont really need a bunch of room. We were upgraded to the 41st floor overlooking Times Square. This made for a fun time watching the action below. The proximity of the hotel is great. A short walk to Theatres and shopping. The room has drapes that worked really well in keeping light out of the room. There is some light white noise from the street (I imagine lower rooms were a bit noisier) but it was never an issue trying to sleep.

We loved the room view of the New Year’s Eve ball. Bedroom felt small but it was fine. The shower was wonderful and the bed was definitely comfy. Very convenient location, I could see Times Square right from my floor to ceiling hotel windows down below. And subway right at the corner. Hotel staff very helpful and pleasant. I would’ve appreciated the courtesy to have a late check out without having to pay another fee after paying for the resort fees. But they charge $75 more for any extra time. As many hotels as I’ve stayed at if it was available they accommodated that courtesy. Very disappointing. Otherwise, I’d stay there again.
