I couldn't checkin to my room 14 minutes earlier. I waited in lobby for hours which is fine, it was too early. But they had plenty of time to get the room available "a littler sooner". had an important meeting at 4, I needed to settle in in the room. I was given an attitude and lecture at the lobby saying checkin time is 4pm which I already knew. Asking to get into the room 14 minutes earlier was too much to ask.

Staff are A class. Every single encounter was top class. I had my best sleep and breakfast was amazing! Wish I could stay much much longer. I will certainly be BACK!

Anderson has the best customer service! We really appreciate his hospitality. My husband & I felt right at home! The hotel was safe & there was lots to do in the area. Getting an uber or catching the sub was super convenient.

The view was excellent. The security down stairs and key/fob access made it feel extremely safe despite being in the middle of Times Square with plenty of people in the area.
