Assigned me room 1622. What a joke!! TV not working, Window AC unit from 1999 unsafe and ready to fall off the window pane, carpet dirty as heck!! After complaint to the front desk they assigned us room 1721. Much better and cleaner!! I let know the front desk about room 1622 and she replied I don’t know what they’re like in which I responded “well now you know” and please don’t do this to other guests!!! $239 totally not worth it!! Asked for complementary water and you’d think I asked for a million dollars!! Shame on the property management, ownership and customer service!! You lost a good customer!!!’

Good location for theatre goers
The location was perfect for the theaters and cruising in Times Square. We found many tiny places around the hotel that were great for bagels, cocktails, snacks and even massages! It had three elevators, which is helpful with an influx of guests at check-in time and checkout time. The mattresses were a little squeaky and old. The bathroom was difficult to maneuver in and the placement of the soap dispensers in the shower were problematic. If you get a leaky dispenser….. Overall, the staff were helpful and kind. We were able to maneuver in and out of the hotel as needed. I would stay here again.
