Location is great close to subway. Some good restaurants nearby. Bell Boy OK and yet the reception staff some of whom was a bit outdated and not able to provide locations information. Room was ok except no coffee nor hot water and bath tub a bit old and worn out.

Not sure about the negative reviews but this place was great! Clean. Spacious and an awesome staff. It’s right by everything. The gym is a bit small but all in all I intend to stay again. We had zero issues and a great time.

The location was great! Walkable to do many places. The staff was friendly but impossible to get a hold of on the phone in your room. I got a constant busy signal. The rooms were what I expected so I had no complaints. They claimed to have upgraded my room but I’m not sure what that meant because it looked exactly like the one I reserved. If you’re facing the street, be prepared to be woken up by honks & trash pickups. The security deposit hold was not a hold on my account they actually charged my card and added tax to it. I have yet to receive it back & I checked out 5 days ago

Very comfortable room, very good location, parking pricey, valet was $70.00 a day. I would book again but without a car. Enjoyed being on the upper floor. no coffee pot in the room, complimentary coffee downstairs from a machine.

There was no heat and then they said it would have to be an upgrade to get heat eventually I was moved. Without paying extra but it was stressful and the staff was like they didn’t care i won’t stay there again nor will I recommend the rooms are out dated for the price you have to pay.

Elevators way to small for the amount of traffic that they have..they dont offer breakfast the sheets and blankets are way to cheap along with the very cheap robe...and the employees have attitudes for what i paid the service needs to be upgraded all around!!!!

Great location with easy access to subway, decent rooms with good ambience but one or two demerits- cable box was a total pain to get tv service and there was a screaming child each morning - a real pain!
