Elevators are slow. Hidden resort fees which are not good. Was not told this when booking. Not even a bar in the place and restaurant attached is closed all the time. They were doing construction so loud in the morning. They said breakfast free but charged in resort fee and only a tea or coffee and an energy bar. Wouldn’t recommend for the price.

Conveniently located with easy access to the subway and an abundance of excellent restaurants within walking distance. Quiet room on the 15th floor. Not the newest decor but all was clean and well maintained. Highly recommend.

The hotel is worn, dirty, and front desk staff wasn't friendly. Also, my reservation on hotels.com didn't go through so i didn't have a reservation upon arrival. Ended up with a different room than was booked. A very noisy AC unit rounded out the stay and no coffee in the room.

This hotel is close to Time Square, all the broadway shows, 5th ave, Empire State Building. You are able to walk everywhere from this hotel.

Stay away from this place it is infested with roaches and rodents! Husband and I made the mistake of booking here to celebrate our 50th anniversary and were greeted by a huge cockroach who ran and spouse who has back and knee problems had to chase it all over the room to kill it since I have cockroach phobia and freak out. The hotel sent person to spray room and take it away but I’m sure there were more hiding in there, so couldn’t get much sleep after that and hotel was full all the time, they don’t know it’s real condition, the room is ok but those rugs are old and dirty and the next day a huge rat was running around the lobby where the coffee area is, uuuugggghhhhh. I did not even bother telling them sure they don’t care anyway. Requested refund but was denied sure won’t be back to this nightmarish hotel.
