The front desk people were professionally and helpful. The rooms are SO LOUD. You can hear the street traffic or the air conditioner/heater turns on with a boom every few hours.

One of the dirtiest room I have been in for some time. We reported the issues to front desk but it was still dirty with different types of hair throughout the room
We saw hair all over our carpet and brought it to the attention of the front desk and they assured me it will be cleaned with a brush. We get back to our room that evening and this is what was still there.
This is the carpet hard to see some angles but it was all over the room in multiple spots

I usually stay in a different area in NYC but I decided to switch it up this time. I am not happy that I did. We walked in and the front desk people were unkind. The room size is good but the bathroom was dirty. When I left my credit card was charged with a large amount with charges I had no idea about. I will not return to this hotel and I encourage everyone to find different accommodations when visiting NYC.

With a little more attention to service, maintenance, and cleanliness, this would be a really great property. However it can be difficult to get a response from some staff, the linens and pillows need refreshing, and the facilities are mildly backed up and consistently odiferous. We were a bit disappointed and ready to go!

Liked the old art deco vibe. Hotel was luxurious, and spacious suite was huge for Manhattan! Would definitely stay again. Safe, convenient, quiet but very convenient area of Manhattan.

The staff was INCREDIBLE! Me and my girlfriend showed up earlier than the time slot and they gave us a free room upgrade just to get us checked in early and satisfied.
