Sink wasn’t properly working, tried to blame me of a water leak without letting me know it was a problem with it in the first place. Rug wasn’t properly cleaned, a few pillowcases weren’t cleaned! Outside view was terrible!

I would not stay here ever again. The staff is unhelpful. The fire alarm went off for an two hours at 4 a.m. The walls and window are so thin that you can hear everything going on at all times. The room was dusty and not well cleaned. This stay over all was a nightmare.

I wasn’t aware of the $100 deposit that was required. When i got to the room the pillows were in a pile with no pillowcases on them. There was a microwave, frig, and toiletries in the room which was nice. The view was terrible though.

Don’t expect to get any sleep
The room and bathroom were nice but the walls must be made out of paper- we could hear everything our very talkative neighbors said and they kept crazy hours. Very difficult to get any sleep. Doors slam and the elevator makes a ton of creaking noises

Not safe! Terrible neighborhood! Terrible condition, they put a gold studded saddle on a burrow back. Every time you turned off the water, the entire plumbing system moved in your hand. NOISY. Hookers coming in from work at 4:45. Homeless sleeping on the very front doorstep

When we arrived after the check in time our room was not ready. We had to wait 20 minutes and the lobby restroom was out of order! We stayed on the 1st floor and the lobby was extremely noisy all night and bright and early in the am. Outlet in bathroom didnt works and lights in bathroom blinked on and off. Just didnt seem to care about the guests.

I can comfortably say that this was the worst hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. The photos online show a modern, clean hotel in a hip neighborhood. The reality, I found, couldn’t be further from the truth. The neighborhood is sketchy, definitely one of those “Don’t go out at night” situations if you’re alone and of smaller stature. My room was disgusting, with the cover of my bed being sprayed with what was definitely not bleach. The bed had long strands of black hair throughout. The sheets were pilly, feeling worn and itchy. My padlock broke immediately upon using it for the first time. All of this would normally be bad enough to leave, but it got worse. The paper thin walls revealed my neighbors loudly going to town on each other. For several hours. I called the front desk and they sent an employee to check it out, and all he said was “It doesn’t seem that loud when I’m standing in the hall.” The front desk told Expedia that they would move my room, then when I asked to be moved they refused. My neighbors continued to talk, laugh, blare music, and do the deed until 3am when they finally fell asleep. I’ve never experienced such a rough hotel with so little empathy or understanding for their guests. If your someone who needs the soothing sounds of p*rnography and a bed of hair to fall asleep, this is your place. Otherwise, spend the money and go somewhere else.

This hotel is right next to the Amtrak and doesn’t look like the nicest neighborhood either. Upon getting into the hotel it looks like they’re in process of upgrading but some furniture in lobby was already coming apart. Up in our room the shower door wouldn’t close all the way and neither would the exterior bathroom door that was a sliding glass door. All night long we could hear people in hallway going to the stairs or elevator and every door shutting from above us as well as them walking. I would not stay here again.

It started by walking in to see reception covered with bullit proof glass. We let them know we were arriving late and our rooms were still not ready when we arrived. The condition of the main floor was terrible. Ripped and damaged furniture, the bar was gone and tv screens clearly missing from the walls. The room had some incredibly strong oder. I had to go buy room fresheners and open the window ( over 90 degrees out) and I still could not get rid of the stench. A lot of the things in the room were broken and the floor was super sticky. The staff was really nice, but that did not help with the poor condition of the hotel.
