The service at the hotel is what you would expect from a 5 Star hotel that you rarely get nowadays. The rooms were spacious and we felt the hotel was in a great location for shopping and transportation.

The place is beautiful, absolutely splurge and treat yourself to the VIP rooms and the spa. The staff is really great, the location is pretty convenient. It is a good true New York experience hotel. Only critique: I noticed there was additional charges on my room service bill. On the phone I was told my order was about $30. I ordered cereal, a bagel and a water. When it arrived, I noticed that were additional fees, I was not previously told about, causing the bill to cost $65. I understand that there’s up charges when it comes to room service, but not knowing how much the up charges were going to be was extremely annoying. Had I known, I would’ve made other arrangements for myself.
