The towels were dingy the tub looked dirty the sheets weren't so clean and my child became very sick from the germs in the room after spending a sleepless night there. She still has a fever 24 hrs later. The temperature could not be controlled and it was either too hot or too cold very poor ventilation and the closet had a musty gross smell. The tv remote didn't work well either. No bottled water available anywhere in the hotel. Way too expensive for the quality $123 taxes included. I had the slide the heavy door to get in and out of the property and I have a dislocated right shoulder.

Property was good, clean and the checkin process was seamless. Active construction is taking place next to the hotel so be aware when walking in the general area. Very close to access points such as buses and trains and has a direct connection to the JFK airport via the JFK air train and lyft/uber. Walking distance from food outlets.

Quick, easy check-in. Friendly, kind staff gave me my room asap without me requesting such, just because of kindness. My room was modern, not gross, old, or scary. I had piece of mind here, only wish I could of cracked a window open. Bathroom fan gave some air circulation relief so no probs. I’d stay here again, easy to get to by subway. Clean!! Loved the empty mini fridge because I’m a picky eater.

The manager is so nice. He’s very polite and so accommodating. The cleaning team is on point, they work very hard. The location is Fabulous, they have so many shops, transportation is very good. I would recommend this place
