All around, a great experience - Convenient, safe location in mid-town Manhattan, within walking distance to a full range of restaurants, attractions, and entertainment. Helpful staff. Well appointed rooms. Wonderful variety of in-room snacks. Yummy Expedia VIP breakfast options. Vibrant lobby bar w/ dining options.

The breakfast sandwich included was very nice. Also had a wine tasting and doorman. Front desk was very nice too. Rooms are tight but had everything you needed except a coffee maker.

Good stay
Loud room lots of street noise and noise from other rooms. Otherwise a great hotel. Good people, good breakfast, rooms are clean and bathrooms are well appointed. Also a great location.

We had to be moved 3 times, the first night I got very little sleep due to the noise of at least 50 air con units a poor quality mattress that the spring's poked you through, second room was a few flights higher same problem and the third room the sink was blocked (this was sorted) you had to wait 15 minutes for hot water, the area was not one I would ever book again. My husband was met by hostility from the receptionist in the morning who said there was no air con units and then admitted she had never seen out of that side of the hotel. The gentleman on reception in the evening did try to help. The breakfast was the worst one I’ve had and I’ve stayed in many hotels in NY and the rest of the world. Up side was it was clean

Great clean hotel. Beds are so comfortable. Shower is great. They make excellent use of the space. Pick up and drop off in front is super convenient. Close to great dining options. Front desk staff are terrific. Breakfast is a bonus! Well done Evelyn Hotel!

What a great stay! We mentioned we were celebrating a birthday at check-in, and were even surprised by a bottle of Prosecco brought to our room within 20 minutes! The hospitality was wonderful and the location outstanding. We also loved that they had a convenient for breakfast, and a bar with great bartenders for after hours.
