The FiDi hotel is a really great addition to the Stone Street offerings. The hotel is sparkling clean, easy to get around and pays a lot of great attention to the guest experience. The bed was super comfy. The nightly wine and cheese was an especially nice touch, encouraging guests to mingle (and the wine was great quality, too). Special thanks to Angelica and Zakiyah at the front desk for taking great care of us and making sure our stay was special. We'll definitely be back.

The staff were professional and friendly, always smiling and ready to help. The property was clean and neat, and I loved the aesthetics in the room. Very chic and modern. The complimentary breakfast was also great, making it worth the price. I can't wait to return!

The price was great for a clean and nice hotel in New York. The morning breakfast was simple but perfect for fueling your body before your day. There is free wine on the second floor from 5-7pm M-F which was a nice way to relax and have a glass of wine before dinner.

The staff was amazing!! The 2nd floor space is nice for relaxing. The included breakfast was very much appreciated (more protein please-such as hard boiled eggs). The room we had was not very spacious, but I knew that when I booked- we did not spend a lot of time in our room- we were out exploring all day. Organize your stuff and it will be fine. The manager's 5-7pm refreshments was a nice and appreciated touch. The staff was very accommodating- provided us with a small refrigerator for medication, accepted a delivery from FedEx, delivered ice to our room, provided directions, and stored our luggage for us after checking out. The staff is top notch! The hotel is extremely clean- which was so nice to come back to after exploring the city all day. I would definitely stay here again!! Thanks for a great stay FiDi!

Staff excelled at proactive communication. After taking request for towels and tissues, the front desk staff called back to confirm. It then took just minutes for the service to be rendered. The staff were also resourceful helping me extend a night, find a nearby place, inform of amenities and follow up on my trip when returning. Thank you for going the extra miles. I feel warmly welcomed after long trips and busy events.

FIDI August 2025

The FIDI definitely grew on us over the course of our five days we spent there in August. At first we were a little surprised with the overall size of the room (small), but it was sufficient for our needs and the other amenities and location easily made up for it. Couple things to note...there is no large bathroom counter or vanity if you need somewhere to place things while getting ready, and there is no convenient mirror outside the bathroom. There is also no in room fridge, but the staff was exceptional and provided us with a fresh bag of ice every day to help keep medications cold. You can't beat the location of this hotel. It's literally a five minute walk to Wall Street and Battery Park, ten minutes from World Trade Center on one side and Seaport on the other. You can get anywhere you need to go at one of the subway stations that are within five minutes, and the surrounding area is super clean and there are a number of great little places to eat. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, but there is a great bagel place just down the street we went to every morning. We didn't manage to make the afternoon happy hour because we were too busy. The staff was amazing. People were all very friendly and eager to help with whatever we asked. We will definitely stay here again.
