Good location, fairly clean. Pretty tiny rooms and tinier bathrooms (you could shower, sit down to pee and wash your hands at the same time 😅) but the staff was super helpful and great! Would probably stay here again if traveling solo.

Perfect accommodations for what I was looking for, great for the price. Was afraid because of the size & shared bathrooms, but this still felt surprisingly luxurious, very clean & nice smelling rooms & bathrooms. Beds were super comfortable as well!!! Staff was sweet & helpful, holding our bags after we had already checked out & offering us coffee & treats when we came to pick them up. Would stay here again !

Hotel was nice. Definitely would not have stayed had I known there was no elevator. It was a nightmare, trying to get 40 pounds of luggage up to the fifth floor. No part of the hotels fault I should’ve read the amenities. We only stayed one night, but climbing all the stairs were a deal breaker.

I had a great stay at the Flat, NYC. No frills hotel, never had to wait to access the shared bathrooms, bed was really comfortable, noisy at night with noise from outside (not from other guests) but that’s expected in New York so bring earplugs, just a really great stay. The location is perfect, and so many great places to eat nearby and lots of supermarkets just a couple minutes away too.

The Flat was clean and the staff were friendly with a great location in the heart of the flat iron district. The facilities are basic but if you're looking for a place to sleep in peace, it's a great choice.

Chic, cozy, and perfectly located, the FLAT NYC was a great stay. The room amenities are sparing, but my room was super quiet and clean. Front desk employee Isaac was a real gem—a real ambassador for the hospitality industry.

The best location to visit NYC without wasting a lot of time commuting! Walkable distance to Empire State Building, Broadway, Rockefeller centre etc, has a lot of shops, restaurants and parks nearby for anything you may need. The room was very cleaned and comfortable, slightly noisy vent but it wasn’t an issue for me as I always travel with ear plugs in hand. I had a shared bathroom and was always cleaned and never had to wait to use it. The complimentary bottles of water in the fridge are such a nice little gesture that makes our traveler lives so much easier. Great value for the price!
