Hotel was close to Times Square and an easy walk to several theaters. Staff was friendly and helpful when we arrived before check in and wanted to store our bags.

Staff was helpful, building and amenities were adequate but not great. Couldn't control room temperature, elevators not consistent, could use a good cleaning and maintenance crew. Excellent location. Great if you are out most of the time. Would try it again.

When i arrived early, way before check in time, i was told i could get a room right away for $100. I agreed to it. Got to the room, it was dirty and had a cockroach in it. I came back down stairs to get a refund and wait for the original check in time, i was told expedia doesnt really do refunds and to give them a chance with a better room. I got the other room, it was bigger for sure. Still dirty. I have pictures of all of it. Small fruit fly like bugs in the bathroom. Just overall dirty.. i wasnt going to complain again to get moved to another dirty room. Overall not happy about the stay and got swindled out of an extra $100. Will not stay there again.

The hotel wasn’t bad at all but we had to get new room keys daily because they stopped working.. the elevator situation sucks, and the air conditioning was bad and they broke off the switch to change from AC to heat and I had to use a straw to turn my AC on because they had the heat on in the summer.. the bathroom also smelled funny I assume it’s an issue with the pipes idk.. I will say housekeeping was lovely and always wanted to clean our rooms even when we said it was fine and they would just replace our towels

I only stayed here one night and chose it because it’s close to the Manhattan cruise terminal. I was not impressed with this hotel, though. I paid $50 for the early check-in, but found my room was not fully cleaned. I didn’t have any hand soap or body wash in my room, and ended up using shampoo for everything. At night, the ice maker in the hallway was malfunctioning and beeping for hours. I had to call twice to the front desk before they sent someone to unplug it. The elevators kept malfunctioning and the hotel had a strong “burnt plastic” smell. Lastly, the room had no thermostat and was freezing. It got the job done for a single night, but I would not stay here again.

Receptionist was so rude.They ask for deposit extra 100 hundreds which we did not receive yet.He mentioned that we would not get full money.No service at all after check -in. I will suggest you to not go.As per the price , it was nothing. Thanks.

The shopping is okay never bothered with the gym . The staff lacked people skills except for our housekeeper . Also the rooms needed more TLC and the rooms description was extremely miss leading. I will never go back there again. One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. I travel alot.
