Adequate

Pros: great location, decent size room, decent tv, reasonable price. Cons: Poor condition and in need of renovation. Things that didn’t work: a/c, safe, bathroom fan, various lights, the lifts etc.

No air condition thermostat so I had to call for an engineer to adjust the temperature. Even so, it was freezing all night which caused us not to sleep well.

Great location to Times Square and shopping

Location is key to this hotel! Very close to Times Square and walking distance to all Broadway shows. Hotel does have only 3 limited elevators and sometimes 2 of the elevators would be out of service. Room is small but standard for NYC rooms. Clean and sufficient for a 3 day stay.

I don’t like this hotel at all. I went for a overnight stay and the ac was leaking bad… asked for another room n they told me they can only give towels to soak the water up…

$50 to check in early even if the rooms are ready. $3 per bag charge to store luggage. 1 working elevator for entire hotel. Plus staff use the same elevator. No minutes for they charge $45 a night resort fee. Only thing good this stay was the location was good.

Staff was very friendly! I’d stay here again. The rooms were nice and comfy. Just to note, there’s no mini fridge, the air conditioning didn’t work great, they only gave decaf coffee in our rooms the whole week. And the shower was weird. There wasn’t a door or curtain that covered the whole shower so the floor got wet. It was just half a glass pane. Lastly, the elevators didn’t work great so it took a while. Over all good place to stay! It was always clean and staff was always pleasant. The shampoo, conditioner, and hand wash were all lovely! Great smell!

I stayed here last year so I was expecting no ac and falling apart furniture. Luckily our room was impecable, clean, ac working tooooo good, hot water in Shower and clean comfy beds. Of courseee the elevator took forever but I had patience and it was nothing. They def need a tiny fridge in the rooms that would fit. We made our own ice bucket that cost me ice daily because that also didn’t work. I would stay here again. Location is prime.

Booked double bed but apparently that means only single bed. Thankfully lady in the front was really nice and she helped us change it to two single beds. Otherwise they they need to redo their descriptions and clarify. Rooms are very small. Gym room needs some work tread mill needs replacing.

Tv didn’t work our entire stay, AC was covered in dust upon arrival there was other people hair all over the bedding ( just showing they never cleaned) every time i called for housekeeping it would just hang up. I go to front desk and they never did anything besides saying there’s no one here everyone went home. One day we went all day without clean towels and had to use rags to dry up. They don’t valet parking either. I paid for a suite and when i got there i had a regular room and they said that’s what their suite is vs online so basically false advertisement.

The place was a little rough around the edges, old furniture, peeling paint etc. The elevators were wonky and unreliable, and the TV only played CNN, which meant we were lucky, the desk agent told me other rooms were stuck on FOX News. The location was perfect, close to Times Square but not too close, subway, bars and restaurants were also nearby.

Be very cautious when booking.

All about location!!! Our location was great. Two blocks away from Time Square. We got the suite. Unfortunately our room did not have the amenities that was listed when we booked. Our TV was broken. We did not have a refrigerator in the room. Our telephone did not work. The ice machines did not work. We went to all four floors that were listed supposedly that had ice machine. Our keys were also not working. It was very frustrating that we had to keep going back to the front desk to resolve these issues. we did get it resolved, but it’s just a frustration. Another downside. The elevators take forever two of the three were working. The location is great, but I don’t know if I would return back to this hotel.
