Ideal Midtown location a block from Bryant Park and two different subway stations. The hotel was clean and up to date, and offers room service. Our only complaint was that we often had to wait quite a while for an elevator, particularly when going downstairs in the morning.

The room was teenie, tiny. The bathroom doesnt even have a hook to hang your towel nor space to open your toiletries bag. I have stayed in hotels with similar rates, but much comfier accomodations. Overall our stay was good, but I wouldnt come back.

While the room was small, it was very clean and well-appointed. The location of the hotel is great since it is walkable to theatres, but not right in the middle of the chaos. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Fantastic NYC Hotel Experience!!!!

Our stay at The Grayson Hotel was simply outstanding in every respect. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive to guests. The rooms were very well appointed and very fashionable. The buffet breakfast was amazing. The rooftop lounge provided a wonderful view and made amazing cocktails. The midtown location near beautiful Bryant Park was extremely convenient. There was a small resort fee with our reservation but received a bonus room credit which also included breakfast, such a great value in a four-star hotel of premium quality. What more can I say other than the Grayson hotel made our trip a delightful short stay and we will definitely be back. My gratitude to the staff who made this my favorite NYC hotel experience in decades if not ever. Cheers!!

Exceptional service and area!!!

The service was exceptional, the area was amazing with tons of restaurants all around. The hotel was beautiful. The restaurant downstairs was delicious. My only regret is my husband has a fear of height's so we did not go to the bar on the rooftop.
