The room was clean and fine, but it was tiny especially for the price we paid. The service was not bad per se, the front desk staff did not seem to have hospitality experience. They were too… casual? For the price, I’d expect more.

Great location for exploring

Greta location to explore Williamsburg area and short ferry to NYC. Great views and really clean. The lobby is lively and very very busy so not ideal if you need quiet working space but otherwise great! Really friendly and helpful team.

A very nice hotel with very friendly staff, stylish and comfortable rooms, and a great location. The only things Id recommend looking out for are A. The bar is *very* good, but everybody knows it's very good, so it's busy pretty much all the time. B. My room was near the elevator, and one of them chimed every time it stopped at the floor, and if there wasn't any other noise going on I could hear it. C. While it doesn't bother me, the rooms aren't very big. But overall, a great experience and I'd definitely recommend it to someone staying in the neighborhood.

This property was great for our purposes; however, we were disappointed that we were unable to enjoy the two on-site restaurants as they were full both weekend nights. Had we known we would have made reservations when we booked.

Very nice hotel and amazing location. Unfortunately our shower leaked all over the bathroom every day and we found the staff quite unfriendly but overall a good stay and would recommend the hotel.
