The Jewel is our new “GO TO” hotel in NYC! Everything was perfect! The staff went above & beyond to make us feel welcome! Ariela, Krystal, Leslie and the others were terrific! Cleanliness was top notch - the rooms were spotless and fresh, and the amenities were great. The 24/7 lounge floor with specialty coffees and teas, the gym and even the laundry room - and of course the convenient location, at Rockefeller Plaza - couldn’t ask for more! We were so happy at The Jewel that we extended our stay another 2 days and I look forward to coming back!

Great location next to Rockefeller Center. Rooms are small but comfortable. Lounge on 2nd floor open all day with free coffee and tea. Water refilling station on every floor. Would stay here again.
