This place is the best. GREAT location. Easy to get anywhere. Clean, Staff is great. Nice community room with great coffee machine. Free bottled water for fill ups. Just great all around. Stayed here 5 times and always consistently good.

The Jewel is our new “GO TO” hotel in NYC! Everything was perfect! The staff went above & beyond to make us feel welcome! Ariela, Krystal, Leslie and the others were terrific! Cleanliness was top notch - the rooms were spotless and fresh, and the amenities were great. The 24/7 lounge floor with specialty coffees and teas, the gym and even the laundry room - and of course the convenient location, at Rockefeller Plaza - couldn’t ask for more! We were so happy at The Jewel that we extended our stay another 2 days and I look forward to coming back!
