The Kimberly Suites was in an excellent location. Ten minutes walk to 5th avenue and the Rockerfella centre, 15 minutes to Central Park. There is a subway station 2 minutes away as well. Rooms were spacious and clean, and had a fridge, microwave, coffee machine. The rooftop bar looks out to the Chrysler building, but is expensive. The staff were excellent, special shout out to Harry the doorman who was awesome.

The Kimberly was the exact experience I’d hoped for. Great location, not far from touristy things, but everything one needs is also close by. This hotel is in need of renovation. Rooms are old, poorly lit and dingy. Lobby and hallways looked tired. Bathroom was nice though. Pretty, old world tile and fixtures. Good shower. Staff was friendly and helpful but didn’t make up for the physical state of the property especially given the steep price.
