Warm welcome from amazing staff, breakfast buffet at Upstairs restaurant on the OH floor was amazing (cost not included with room but well worth it!), clean and cozy room, down comforter and pillows were amazing. Walking distance to a lot of attractions! I would stay here again. Highly recommend!

The usual perfection
As usual, the Kimberly provides a real "New York" vibe to any visit. The staff is always very helpful and efficient, whether you need help with the luggage or with restaurant reservations. Even though this time, our room was the smallest I have stayed in, it was still well laid out and included all the usual amenities, including their wonderful robes and slippers. It was, after all the holiday season, and it took three tries to get a reservation!

Super accommodating! From the moment you park your car to the moment you leave. They have valet parking. Very friendly. Close to Rockefeller and radio city. Great location, valet staff was awesome, front desk was happy and helpful, they took our bags early, we went out and shopped and then grabbed a bite at the restaurant in the lobby, food was good and hot; room was great, we will definitely go back to stay again!
